What is the best Avenlur gift for a 1-year-old?

For a first birthday or first holiday, a low Pikler triangle like the Maple or the Hazel is our most-loved pick. Both support pulling up, stepping and first climbs, and the Hazel adds a slide and rocker that keep it useful for years.

What is the best gift for a 2- or 3-year-old?

A low climbing gym with more than one route, like the Cherry, or a jungle gym like the Magnolia for toddlers ready for monkey bars and a swing. For something smaller, the Juneberry ride-on and Wooden Tool Walker are great picks.

What is the best gift for a 5-year-old?

Kids this age love height and challenge. The Chestnut and Sweetgum jungle gyms, a Swedish ladder like the Walnut or Neem, or the Casa playhouse for pretend play are all favorites.

When should I order for Christmas delivery?

As early as you can. Orders placed before 2 pm EST ship the same business day from our east or west coast warehouse, transit usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay. Popular sizes and colors sold out last December, so ordering in November is the safest way to get your first choice.

What if the gift isn't the right fit?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns that aren't due to damage or a defect have a restocking fee of up to 20%, so check the dimensions and age range on the product page before you buy. See our refund policy for details.

If I order now, will I miss the Black Friday price?

No. With our Holiday Price Match Guarantee, if you buy on avenlur.com from November 1 and we lower the price of the same product on avenlur.com through December 31, we refund the difference.

Are Avenlur gifts safe for babies and toddlers?

Our playsets and climbers are tested to ASTM and CPSIA standards for children's products. Every product page lists its recommended age range and weight limits, and we recommend adult supervision during play.

Will a jungle gym fit in a small home or apartment?

Many of our climbers are designed for real-life spaces. Chestnut and Hazel fold flat for storage, and wall-mounted gyms like Walnut, Neem and Betula use vertical space instead of floor space.

Do the gifts need assembly?

Most larger pieces arrive flat packed with hardware and step-by-step instructions. Most indoor sets take two adults one to three hours, so if it's a surprise, plan a little time after bedtime.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every Avenlur playset and climber is backed by a five-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
