Which manual do I need?
Find the product name on your box label or order confirmation email, then choose the manual for your size. Products that come in several sizes have a separate manual for each.
A part is missing or arrived damaged
Open every box first, since larger pieces can ship in more than one. Then use the form with your order number and the part number from the manual's parts list, and we'll ship a replacement.
How do I keep it sturdy over time?
Check and re-tighten all hardware after the first week of play, then regularly after that. Wall-mounted climbers must be fixed to the wall exactly as the manual shows.
